Selecting a digital agency can be a fraught decision. Can this agency meet all of your needs today, as well as a year from now? Can they help your team develop an end-to-end strategy that tells a consistent brand story? How can you know before you invest the time, energy, and money in an agency?

To help you make the right choice for your brand and team, we created Choosing The Right Digital Agency: A Buyer’s Guide.

This guide, part of the Orange 142 Accelerator Program, is designed to help you delve deeper into your organization’s needs, identify and articulate what matters most to your team, and ask more strategic questions during the selection process.

Specifically, the guide offers:

  • A checklist of challenges your teams face so that when you interview an agency, you can present a comprehensive list of what’s working, what’s not, and where you need outside help.
  • An inventory of services that your team needs. If an agency can’t meet all of your requirements, you’ll need to hire—and manage—multiple agencies.
  • A list of targeted questions to ask about agency structure, expertise, and specific channels—from CTV and online games to influencer campaigns—along with explanations of why each question matters.
  • A strategy for looking beyond your immediate projects to find an agency that can grow with you as your business expands, and help your team expand into new channels to reach new customers.
